Matt attended LaSalle University and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before founding KCG in 2010.

Melissa received her Bachelors in Business Administration and Accounting degree from Loyola University Maryland. She began her career at KPMG before moving to Vanguard's Global Financial Reporting team. Melissa joined KCG in 2022.

Mike received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Sterling College and his Masters in Taxation from University of Denver.
